I am a cinematographer and camera operator based in Austria working on documentaries such as NAVALNY (Oscar for Best Documentary Feature Film, 2 awards at Sundance Film Festival, BAFTA for Best Documentary) and high quality brand content.
I grew up in Graz, Austria spending most of my youth on a skateboard. At age 15 I picked up a video camera and started shooting skateboard videos, which quickly grew to become a passion. After graduating from Multimedia Art-studies in 2011 I started collaborating with director Stefan Baumgartner on the internationally awarded feature documentary “Behind the Screen”. Ever since, Stefan an I have grown to become a director – camera duo shooting award winning brand content and serving international brands such as Red Bull, T-Mobile or bwin to name a few.
